Erasmus +, the subsidy program of the European Commission, offers people of all ages the opportunity to share their knowledge and / or learn from (other) professionals from another country. By performing key action projects, like ‘job-shadowing’, they provide organisations the opportunity to work with other European organisations. To share learnings, to innovate. To create tools and best practice studies that improve our care.
